State and federal regulations do not allow us to transport and dispose of certain items. if you have an item we cannot remove please call the office and we will do our best to direct you to a company that can.

We will book an appointment and go over our range of prices with you, but the price depends on the nature of your items and the volume. Once we arrive and see precisely what you have we can give you an accurate estimate and usually remove the items the same day!

We are happy to compete a job for you while you are off site as long as: Items are accessible to crew, it is clear what will be going and what will be staying, and that you will be available by phone for the duration of the job so our foreman can contact you to go over scope of job, call with any questions, and collect payment by credit card over phone upon completion of job.

Our trucks can fit 25 cubic yards which is about 6-8 pick up truck loads or 675 cubic feet (one cubic foot is 27 cubic yards). Our dump trucks are rated for about 7000 lbs each and our box truck is rated for about 5000 lbs.

This is no problem, we can always set a time to come back later that day or later in the week. If you have a full house clean out or a job that needs to be done in one day it is a good idea to have us come out to assess the job prior to booking a date for a clean out.

For each estimate, if you agree with the price, we can get started right away and you can be junk free the same day!
